Unicorns

“The unicorn is the only fabulous beast that does not seem to have been conceived out of human fears. In even the earliest references he is fierce yet good, selfless yet solitary, but always mysteriously beautiful.”

In medieval lore, the spiraled horn of the unicorns was called the alicorn, and was thought to neutralize poisons.

Unicorns have mystified mankind for centuries. Unicorns, dragons, angels, fairies, mermaids and other mythological creatures have been the subject of many legends throughout time.
